A 6-story project, minutes away from Boston Landing, this project will become a new gateway entrance to Murray Field. The project includes a vibrant façade, blending terracotta, composite metal panel, and cedar materials. In order to meet energy codes, the team worked through a cutting-edge mechanical system and envelope design. Innovis was involved throughout the project entitlement life cycle and worked closely with market experts, brokers, designers, and the project developer to ensure the final product will be a true stand-out within the surrounding neighborhood.
